*Limited to 25 attendees, so grab a ticket while you can!

We've all been there before

You know you need to have an uncomfortable conversation with someone at work, but you put it off again and again because you know it’s not fun. Or maybe you’ve felt tension within your team but you don’t want to address it because it’s so awkward. At the time, it might be easier to pretend the conflict will resolve itself or that you don’t need to have those tough conversations. Let us assure you… that approach is eventually going to bite you in the ass!

You know you need to have an uncomfortable conversation with someone at work, but you put it off again and again because you know it’s not fun. At the time, it might be easier to pretend the conflict will resolve itself or that you don’t need to have those tough conversations. Let us assure you… that approach is eventually going to bite you in the ass!

During this session, Melissa will:

Demystify conflict: what it is and why it's necessary

Explore how personalities shape how we feel about conflict

Uncover the hot buttons of conflict

Help you navigate difficult conversations, even if your voice shakes

Conflict will always be a part of business and life.

It would be a lot easier if conflict could either not exist or if it could resolve itself, but that’s just not the case. While conflict is inevitable, it doesn’t have to rock the boat as much as you might think. As a leader, take some time to get uncomfortable now so you can be more comfortable later when navigating conflict and tough conversations.
